Our "Victoria" potatoes come from Uli Gerber's farm in Therwil directly from its fields.
For 20 years now Ueli Gerber has been supplying the Migros Basel as "From the region" producer. We are extremely happy and proud about this years' new partnership.

Eggs are one of the most important ingredients for our tortillas. Therefore it was important to us to use only free-range eggs for our production.
The Grossmatthof Hennen have unrestricted access to the open air during the day and have a roofed and well maintained sand court.The feed is only natural, free of hormones and antibiotics.
